Interacting via the phone is still a vital piece of your customer experience. Why would you not want that personal experience to get to know your client, colleague, or (let’s say a) salesperson, who you are communicating with? (Also remember, the nicer you are the better experience you will receive).

As I go onto to state within this blog, phone systems are crucial to you and your business. Day to day phone systems get used and your colleagues come across a certain way, this meaning you need a phone system that will show how great your business is.
Every year or 2 people upgrade their mobile phone to the latest upgrade… So, why is this any different? Features are changing all the time, updates are in place to make sure you’re getting the most out of your phone system, like a mobile, you wouldn’t dream of not being up to date with that, so make sure your office phone or you’re working from home, is the same! As I said at near the top of the blog (thanks for still being here if you’re reading this part!) customer service is everything to a business, it shows what you are like as a company, how efficient, professional, helpful, I could go on and on, so you get the jist. Your phone system should be at 10 on the scale of how crucial it is to your business, so why are you settling for the minimum?
